3D Design For Art, Not Replication
3D Printing has been around for almost 50 years, but has been viewed by most as a tool for replication and customization. My goal is to produce visionary and creative pieces of art.
Update
Always pushing the edge on what can be designed and 3D printed. Lately I have been producing “Light Spires” with my 3D printer. Each spire is made of 3-4 segments that are assembled and a light is added to. Each piece has been between 5 to 7 feet high and are breath taking. I have been creating them in Blender on my own and then 3D printing them. Each one is an original. My goal is to produce about 15 different “Light Spires” to showcase in my next gallery exhibit.
