About The Artist
Born in Miami, Sean Sassoon comes both an artist and entrepreneurial family. His mother Jiji studied at the Beaux Artes in Montreal and was an accomplished painter, mosaic sculpture, photographer, and clothing designer. Sean’s grandmother produced her artwork through clothing design and pottery. At a very young age Sean showed an affinity for creative design. He grew up drawing, painting, image editing on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Quark, and Dreamweaver. He further incorporate his design talent in webpage design in the late 1990’s. He would go on to capture digital and analog photography as well as linear and non-linear video editing using programs like Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer, Adobe Media Player, and iMovie. In the early 2000’s Sean maintained a side hustle creating DVD’s for newlyweds with the promise of delivery the fully edited video within 12 hours of weddings. In 2002 took a Broadcast Manager position with Royal Caribbean Cruises LTD and worked on a number of ships creating content for the guests, crew, and company. He later took that experience and applied it further when he was employed by Onboard Media and Power Studios.
From 2004 - 2005 Sean chose to further his education by acquiring an MBA from The Wayne Huizenga School of Business & Entrepreneurship from Nova University. From 2006 - 2010 Sean worked as a consultant and trainer creating marketing promotions online HTML advertisements for hundreds of automotive dealerships across the United States and Canada. He also created training videos for Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, and Azamara Cruises. Sean took his create background and business degree to the next level by returning to shipboard and shoreside positions in training, project management, and instructional design. In 2017, Sean decided to work independently in Real Estate. For the first time in his life he could apply his creative mind toward his own business.
While Selling Real Estate, Sean started to dive into designing gifts for his clients. He started with a Cricut Vinyl Cutter and then quickly moved on to purchasing a Glowforge Laser Cutter & Engraver. Sean found that many of his clients were astonished by the gifts he was making, from laser engraved materials to cutting boards. Sean became obsessed with pushing the envelope in creating new forms of artwork. Eventually Sean would purchase a number of 3D Printers. He would learn new programs and incorporate his previous designs background into producing entirely new.
