Choosing Printers & Filaments

I have to say, it’s been pretty unexpected how many people have been engaging me when it comes to printers and filaments. So I’ve decided to share what I am currently using and where you can purchase them.

First and foremost, I’ve learned through some significant trial and error that bigger is not better when it comes to 3D printers. In fact it can be costly and a real waste of time. My recomendation is to start off smaller and simpler. Also if the printer should bust, you’ll find it easier to replace, repair, or even chuck into the garbage. My printer of choice is the FlashForge Adventurer 5M which is currently going for $239. I think it’s a great deal and I highly recommend the warranty if you’re a first time user. You can find the link for it on Amazon here: AMAZON LINK

The second most important thing you will need to purchased is filament. I have found that SunLu’s PLA filament. I find it clogs less and is easier to work with. There are many colors and options to choose from. Here’s the link: AMAZON LINK

I will be sure to update this often so keep an eye out.

BTW Here’s what my print space is looking like now between the 10 Printers, 1 Laser Cutter & Engraver, and Cricut.

Look at all those printers…
